1. What is this app about?

ChefByChef is a social app that allow its users to sell and buy food from each other, list their private chef and private kitchen services.

2. Goals of the app?

Reduce leftover, allows user to experiment with food, try out new receipes, make money, sell food, sell chef and kitchen services.

3. How the app make money?

We charge platform fee per transaction when user make a purchase for your meal. We charge listing fee on service listing when their client complete payment for deposits.

4. Where will the money be used?

The fees collected will be use to pay our service providers, hosting, domain, database etc. It will also be use to upgrade and improve app and website.

5. I have an idea, how can contribute?

Send your idea to support@chefbychef.sg and we will look into it.

6. What other features will be coming?

Many social media features can be implemented but we need to have a larger user base before commencing, would like the community to contribute to features they want most.

7. Why Singapore only?

For now, this is a Singapore only app, as Singapore HDB model allows public to access without much hurdle, so this homebase business platform app make sense, just like many other business. 8. Design is bad

Please pardon the developer, as he is not a designer and have no creativity and design is currently not required for the MVP(Minimal Viable Product).

9. Where is the refund button

There is no refund. This is to be fair to us and the seller. The transaction cost of refund for a home base business is high so refund is not allowed. Please be mindful when transacting or buying.
